— The concussion lawsuits that WWE had dismissed in court by Judge Vanessa Bryant, could still come into play again in the future, reports the Wrestling Observer Newsletter. Konstantine Kyros, the lawyer who was behind the concussion claims and lawsuits has indicated that he plans on appealing on the grounds that Bryant’s decision was “very poorly researched.”
— WWE’s attorney, Jerry McDevitt, is instead calling for Kyros to be disbarred by claiming that he has “engaged in misconduct” and is an “an embarrassment to the profession” because he is “making up facts.” Bryant has also ruled that Kyros and/or his firm have to pay WWE over $176,000 in legal fees.
