Roderick Strong will face Aleister Black on the February 20 edition of NXT. The announcement came after the February 13 NXT went off the air.
Earlier on the same program, The Undisputed Era once again made their claim that 2019 will be their year. Bobby Fish and Kyle O’Reilly made it clear that they will reunite as a tandem, while Strong and Cole each plan to win singles gold in NXT.
Strong’s match with Black should be a step in the right direction for the Messiah of the Backbreaker. Win or lose, the bout should reestablish Roderick as a threat in the singles division.
However The Undisputed Era were questioned about their intention to conquer 2019. They stuck to their guns over the fact that they’re confident in their abilities to persevere and regain their momentum in the company.
