– As we reported yesterday, Memphis wrestling promoter Cory Maclin has filed a lawsuit against WWE for their refusal to let Jerry Lawler work a match against Hulk Hogan last year. The suit claims that WWE violated two sections of the Sherman Anti-Trust Act. While the specifics of damages remain unknown, Maclin is seeking punitive and other damages. He claims that he lost his Sam’s Town Casino house show deal because WWE won’t allow him to use their wrestlers since he used Hogan.
– Speaking of Hogan, he was featured on the Rachel Ray show yesterday. He actually talked about slamming Andre The Giant, the one highlight that legitimized him as a professional wrestler.
– WWE.com has announced that Finlay and Jamie Noble have been added to this year’s 30 Man Royal Rumble match.
