The remaining portions of Fox Corporation will be named Fox, and will be run by Lachlan Murdoch, Rupert Murdoch’s son. WISN reported Ryan and Rupert Murdoch have been friendly in recent years.
On the board will be Ryan, Rupert Murdoch, Lachlan Murdoch and former Ford CEO Jacques Nasser, according to the Hill.
The outlet reported three other people are set to join the board: Aragon Global Holdings founder Anne Dias, Hernandez Media Ventures CEO Roland Hernandez and Formula 1 Chairman and CEO Chase Carey.

The U.S. Senate is considering a budget bill passed Thursday by the House of Representatives that would fund the federal government and includes more than $500 million for a wall along the U.S.-Mexico border. The Senate is unlikely to pass the bill with the wall funding, moving the government closer to a partial shut down just days before the Christmas holiday.
