Chris Jericho will face MJF at All Out, with Jericho’s in-ring career on the line.
On tonight’s Dynamite, Jericho came out and said that he couldn’t end the feud between him and MJF without getting a win. He proposed a match for All Out on September 5, saying that if he could not beat MJF, he would no longer wrestle for AEW. MJF came out and said while he had no interest in wrestling Jericho again, he liked the idea of ending Jericho and accepted the match.
Last week’s episode of Dynamtie had MJF submit Jericho with an armbar in what was billed as the fifth labour of Jericho. Both men head different stables, with MJF leading The Pinnacle and Jericho leading The Inner Circle. Both teams squared off against one another in a Blood and Guts match back in May. The Pinnacle won that match, with The Inner Circle surrendering after MJF threatened to throw Jericho off the cage. Despite this, MJF threw Jericho off the cage anyway.
All Out will take place at the NOW Arena in Hoffman Estates, Illinois.
