RAW this week starts with stills from SummerSlam’s main event.
Music and pyro.
Triple H’s music and he comes out in a suit that looks a bit better, but not cut as well as it could (or should) be. Looking closer, his pant legs are different lengths. Trip says a lot are upset about what wend down last night. He wants to apologize to the WWE Universe and to Cena. He watched the footage. Cena’s foot was on the rope and counted him down. He’ll tell Cena to his face that he made a mistake. Cena and Punk were having a hell of a match and Trip wasn’t sure who would have won. Over Trip’s shoulder there’s a fan holding up a sign saying – Kliq runs the Biz!Trip had no trouble raising Punk’s had as the new Undisputed Champion. As for what happened after the match was over, a lot of people are speculating in Trip’s involvement in that. He’d like to assure us all that he had nothing to do with any of it. He is good friends with Nash and have been for years. Nash called and asked for a couple tickets. Trip left them for him. He had no knowledge that he’d jump the rail and attack Punk. He hasn’t spoken to Nash, but he did send a text inviting Nash to RAW. Nash said as long as he’s allowed to speak the truth, he’d be at RAW tonight.
As far as ADR cashing in MITB goes, he didn’t know anything about it, but that’s the way MITB works. He promised that after SummerSlam that there wouldn’t be two Champions, that they’d have only one, one Undisputed WWE Champion. Here he is.
ADR’s music and he comes from backstage, not in a car. He has the nice WWE Title belt in hand. ADR talks smack all the way down to the ring, Title belt held close to his chest. Cole is talking up ADR, King’s not impressed with Cole’s words.
ADR with a mic, Trip appears to be gone. ADR introduces himself as the Undisputed WWE Champion. He’s been saying for weeks and weeks that it’s his destiny to be WWE Champion. He’ll be honest with us and do this because he loves us. It wasn’t his plan to cash in at SummerSlam. Destiny do whatever he wants. After what Nash did, he couldn’t resist. Some people are born to be great and we know ADR is the greatest of the great! ADR our Undisputed WWE Champion. As our Champ, he wants to represent us all with respect, dignity, honesty and passion. Tonight he’s going to be in the lobby signing for all the fans. He’ll take pictures with their kids. That’s the Champ he wants to be. The Champion for his people. Tonight for his very first Title defense he’s going to face Rey Mysterio! Yes, cheer Rey! When they told him that he’s facing Rey, he was just happy because we all love Rey. He loves Rey. Rey is a Mexican, a grande luchador. He loves Rey. “619” chants fill the arena. ADR says he loves Rey. He loves beating Rey. He started his WWE by beating Rey. Every time he wake up in the morning he think, what are you going to do today? ‘I feel like beating Rey Mysterio.’ That’s what he’s going to do tonight, beat the little Chihuahua, Rey Mysterio. They better change their area code. No more 619, because after tonight they’ll have a new Hero, a new Champion – ADR!

Video recap of Rey winning the World Heavyweight Championship at WM22, April 2, 2006.
Miz comes out all dapper in a suit and a Burberry plaid tie, but his pocket square didn’t match the tie. Miz says he’s out there because someone asked him to say hello to someone in the audience. Jared from subway. Jared stands up, sandwiches in hand. The only reason Miz decided to do this is because he heard Jared is a huge Miz fan. Jared is a Miz-fit. But Miz isn’t a fan of Jared’s. Miz thinks he could be a better Subway spokesman that Jared. Miz walks down behind announce, takes Jared sandwich and turns his back as Jared looks shocked. Miz says to the people of the WWE Universe, he wants them to go to Subway for a chicken crisp sandwich. Miz does the whole schpeal in a gravelly voice. Miz says he’s better than Jared. He says to Subway that the only reason the sandwich is trending, it’s because of Miz. He will be Champion again because he’s the Miz and he’s awesome! Miz opens the sandwich and takes a huge bite! Chewing with his mouth open and says off mic that it’s great before diving into the sandwich further!
Backstage a limo pulls up. Out steps jeans with the bottom seam cut out so they can be long enough and beaten black cowboy boots. The camera pans up to see Nash.

Divas Tag Team Match – Kelly Kelly & Eve vs. Nikki & Brie Bella
Kelly in pink, Eve in green. Miz just Tweeted to get the fans trending the Subway Chicken Crisp Sandwich! The Bellas are in platinum and red.
Kelly and a Bella lock up. The Bella backed into a corner and choked by Kelly’s foot the way Keibler used to. Kelly then somehow got her other foot on the other side of the Bella’s neck. The Bella walks out, Kelly walks on her hands, then when far enough from the corner, Kelly hits head scissors and the Bella flies. Running bulldog from Kelly. Stink face from Kelly, but then the Bella works Kelly’s left leg. The other Bella tags in.
They both work over Kelly’s left leg on the bottom rope. More tagging in and out, so the Bella in slams Kelly’s leg down and gets two from it. A leg hold on Kelly that leaves her screeching into her own foot. Kelly fights back with a flapjack. Kelly is about to tag out.
Eve with a drop kick, then a clothesline. The Bella on the apron eats a cheap shot. The Bella distracts Eve, but Eve comes back with a sweet slam. Kelly in to take out the other Bella as Eve climbs. Eve tried to hit a moonsault off the top, but over shot and barely had her nose hit the Bella in the belly button!
Winner – Kelly & Eve
The faces celebrate, but then Beth and Natalya come out. Beth in a black leather corset and micro mini. Her hair is all curled and pulled up on once side. Natalya in a black pencil skirt with a pink and black lace corset, she also has one side of her blonde locks tied up. Both just smile and star down to the ring at Kelly and Eve.

Cole talks about the shocking events that happened last night at SummerSlam in the main event.
Nash is announced as a former WWE Superstar, then his accolades and he comes out sans music. Into the ring and thanks Triple H for giving him a chance to come and explain last night’s actions. For those that don’t know, Nash and Trip have been friends for over twenty years and Trip is the Godfather of Nash’s son. Last night he asked Trip if he could attend SummerSlam. Trip set up tickets for Nash. Nash was watching and right before the main event Nash got a text. It read ‘hey, big man, do me a favor. No matter what happens in the main event, stick the winner for me.’ When a friend asks him to do something, he does it. It’s been a long time since he’s been in the ring and he missed it. The thrill he got at the RR is something he’ll never forget. So what he did last night, Punk, was business, pure and simple. But he gets here and Trip says he knows nothing about it. They need to get on the same page buddy.
Punk’s music hits and he comes out to the stage. Punk says Nash expects him to believe that load of crap. He’s to believe that Trip and Nash aren’t on the same page? They’re best friends. For weeks Trip’s said he’s going to do what’s right for business. He re-signed Punk as it’s good for business. Don’t answer this, but if Trip asked Nash to jump off a bridge, would Nash do it? Punk thinks that would be good for business. “CM Punk!” chants. Punk says he’s always not thought that Trip knows what’s right for business. That Nash doesn’t know what’s for business. Now he knows, he’s seen it. The proof is here. Nash has no idea what’s good business.
Nash says this is the first they’ve spoke. Nash says Punk needs to watch his mouth. Punk tells Nash to watch the show. He says and does what ever he wants to whoever he wants. Nash says that obviously Punk’s world just changed!
Punk says the story Nash just told points out that Trip is a liar. Or maybe Nash is the liar. Nash asks Punk if he wants to see the text message? Punk asks if we want to see the text message his little sister sent him last night? Punk has his cell out and pushing buttons! Here it is, ‘OMG, Nash, WTF, thought he was dead lol.’ The funny thing is that his sister’s usually wrong, but it’s only Nash’s career that’s dead. Nash being out here doesn’t piss him off, what Nash did last night. He’s pointing fingers at a lot of people and pissed at a lot of people, but shockingly ADR isn’t one of them. He did it before. 8 people have won MITB and cashed in to become Champion. He chose his spot. Nash, what this all represents is Trip as COO and bringing his cronnies back.
Nash said that the only thing Trip’s been doing is shutting people up in the WWE. Punk says he’s the guy who shook things up there. Nash says all Punk is an indy-rific little wannabe. He’s been here 5 years, two main events? Really? Punk’s had the Beth three times, twenty days?
Punk says Nash knows so much about main events. The guy who said the legendary Eddie Guerrero was a vanilla midget! What does Nash know about main event talent. It’s 2011, not 1994!
How about 1996 when he changed the business with Hall making sure that guys like Punk got paid. Punk should be thanking him. Nash tells Punk to shut his mouth. Say thank you Mr. Nash. If this is what the industry looks right now, with some guy who looks like a short order cook from a Pikeville Waffle House is a Champion? Take a shower, hit the weights, get a clue! Punk says he likes Waffle House. What does Nash have against Waffle House? But last night Nash did something he shouldn’t have done, not good for business. He put his hands on Punk. He’d be happy to walk in the WWE as Punk and leave as Punk, then walk in as Oz, or Vinnie Vegas, or Big Daddy cool Diesel! Enough of the talking and snaky comments. Last night showed that Nash wants to fight. Punk’s read to fight. Punk heads for the ring and a line of security cuts Punk off from the ring. He’s not surprised that the COO dubbed his friends untouchable. If they’re watching Nash’s back, that means no one is watching Trip, so he’s going to see him. Nash waves at Punk. Nash stares at Punk on the ramp. JR says that Nash came off a whiney and that’s not the Nash he knows. He wonders what’s going on.
Video from Fatal4Way, June 20, 2010. Rey, Swagger, Big Show and a masked Punk. Rey pins Swagger for the WWE Championship.

Backstage Nash stomps up to Trip’s door and pounds on it. Nash stomped in, but no Trip. Laurinaitis says Trip is talking to Punk. Laurinaitis is smarmy as he talks up his position in the company and then wants to have a talk with Nash in his office.
Slam of The Week – Last Monday Riley ripped on Vickie, then defeated Dolph via DQ as Vickie slapped Riley. Riley attacked Dolph who slammed into Vickie. Vickie stomped off and waved. Vickie and Dolph on announce, arguing like an old married couple.
Alex Riley vs. Jack Swagger
Riley out to the ring as Vickie and Dolph continue to argue. Swagger out to the ring.
They circle then lock up. Riley backed into a corner, then stomped down. Swagger celebrates. Riley reverses on Swagger. Riley whipped, but moves and Swagger eats the corner. Riley takes Swagger down, but Swagger kicks Riley’s leg, then nails a clothesline. Dolph tells King that Vickie is in much better shape that King is. Swagger with his splash for two. Double axe handles to Riley’s head and neck. Chicken wings on Riley as Dolph and Vickie banter. Forearms to Riley’s lower back, then another. Vickie says Dolph never kisses her. Back slam to Riley for two. Dolph says Vickie knows her role. They get talking food again. Riley fights back with a spine buster. Riley ducks Swagger, the clotheslines and a back slam.
Vickie to her feet and she steals JR’s hat. Riley takes Swagger down for two. Vickie has the hat on and struts. Up to the apron. Vickie puts JR’s hat on the ref. He pulls it off and throws it down, then screams at Vickie to leave the ring. Forearm to the back of Riley’s shoulders. Swagger tries for a gut wrench, but struggles over and over to get Riley up. Finally after many obvious botches, Swagger hits his finisher and gets the three.
Winner – Swagger
Dolph to his feet, stomps on JR’s hat, then plants it back on JR’s head as JR said he thought Dolph had more class than that. King says yes, low class.
Video recap of the WWE Title Tourney. Rey ended up winning the Title.
– Commercial
Backstage Vickie is all smiles. Swagger thanks Vickie for what she did. She goes off about Dolph. Edge was nothing before Vickie. Dolph wouldn’t be where he was if not for Vickie. She looks tremendous, is a great manager. Look at the great managers. Bobby Heenan, Freddie Blassie. They all had multiple clientele. Maybe she should expend her roster.
Video from SummerSlam Axxes. They then went into B A Star.
Backstage Punk is looking for Trip, but finds Steph. She’s sorry he lost the Title the way he did, even though Punk didn’t really win as Cena’s foot was on the rope. But in the end, people get what the deserve. A deep stare from Steph and she walks away.

I’m gonna text me a beatdown too somebody at RAW!!” (sic) Cole spoke about this Tweet and HBK came back with – “Cole just stooged on me!!”
Wow, a camera man in a bad spot and was virtually up Kofi’s bum for a moment there! McGillicutty and Kofi lock up, Kofi backed into a corner and gets a cheap shot. Kofi fights out and tags in Evan. Kofi picks up Evan, swings him around. In that momentum Evan locks his ankles around McGillicutty’s neck and sends him flying! Big boot to McGillicutty. Evan after Otunga, then eats a shot from McGillicutty. McGillicutty on Evan hard. Otunga tags in after much stomping from McGillicutty. The ref didn’t see Otunga tag in, so he made Otunga go back to the apron and tag in correctly.
Otunga in and they double team Evan. Slam to Evan. Otunga taunts Evan, but then stops him from tagging out and hits a short clothesline. Kofi tries to get the fans into the match. Another short clothesline from Otunga. Front facelock backs Evan to the corner. McGillicutty tags in and they double team Evan. McGillicutty talks smack to Kofi and the fans who are dead in the arena! More blows and a slam on Evan. Chinlock on Evan who tries to elbow out, but takes blows from McGillicutty. Evan dives for his corner and tags out. Kofi in with his double hand clotheslines on McGillicutty. Drop kick to McGillicutty, but then eats a corner. Kofi up and flies with a big clothesline on McGillicutty. Otunga breaks the count and JR says it was a ‘vintage’ save by Otunga, underline ‘vintage’! High knee to Otunga, but a drop kick to his back. Kofi takes Otunga down, then tags Evan who hits that beautiful SSP for three.
Winners – Kofi & Evan
McGillicutty and Otunga flee the ringside area as Evan and Kofi celebrate.

Rey climbs, but ADR knocks his feet out from under him. ADR climbs, but is knocked down. Sweet tilt-a-whirl DDT on ADR! Rey ducks ADR’s clothesline, but it looks very mechanical from both. Rey hits a slingshot cross body off the ropes on ADR for two. Rey climbs over ADR and gets another two on the mat. Rey is screaming when ADR pulls Rey up and slams his left arm on announce. Back in the Rey is put in ADR’s finishing hold. Suddenly Cena runs into the ring to save Rey from ADR. ADR and Ricardo flee.
Cena says he’s coming from quite the weekend. Everyone knows he has a lot of reasons to be pissed. Off. Could be Triple H, but no, he’s pissed off at a scumbag like ADR. After two guys – Cena and Punk – leave it all in the ring, to try to give every bit of integrity to that Title, what does ADR do? At the end of the night goes into business for himself with a smile on his face strutting around like he’s some sort of Champion! ADR is not a Champion, he’s a target. That golden destiny ADR has, that makes every single person ADR knows, his enemy. A guy like Punk earned the right to be called Champion. ADR cashed in and got lucky. Here’s where ADR wakes up. He has to defend that Title and if it’s against Cena, ADR won’t be so lucky (lovely of Cena to completely degrade everything Rey has ever done in the ring!). ADR taunts Cena. ADR is about to find out that his destiny is Cena whipping his ass. Cena looks down outside the ring and asks if Rey is okay, then back to screeching at ADR about his briefcase.
