One of the most popular female wrestlers in the industry today has got to be Chelsea Green. After competing on the most recent season of WWE’s Tough Enough series, Green made a name for herself by competing in Impact Wrestling and in independent promotions all over the world. Green took part in a WWE tryout several months back, but fans were surprised to learn that she would not be taking part in the Mae Young Classic tournament this year. According to Twitter user Rovert, who has broken some stories about NXT in the past, posted an interesting tweet recently claiming that Green has signed with WWE. She has reportedly already reported to the WWE Performance Center, which means that her signing should be made official very soon.

Kenny Omega is on top of the wrestling industry right now as he is the reigning IWGP Heavyweight Champion. However, it is public knowledge that his deal with New Japan Pro Wrestling will be coming to an end early next year, and WWE is reportedly set to offer enormous deals to Omega and the rest of the members of The Elite. On the latest episode of Being the Elite, Omega played up his upcoming free agent status and teased signing with either WWE or Impact Wrestling. There is also a clock at the end of the video counting down the moments until they are ready to begin listening to offers from other wrestling promotions. 2019 could be an interesting year depending on wherever The Elite ends up.
205 Live will be airing on the WWE Network later on tonight before NXT, but this week’s show was already taped prior to last night’s SmackDown show in Indianapolis, Indiana. During the show, a brand new member of the cruiserweight division was introduced. None other than Mike Kanellis appears to have joined 205 Live. Mike and Maria Kanellis debuted on the SmackDown roster last year, and Mike was a member of the Raw roster prior to becoming a cruiserweight. Mike Kanellis has been sober from an addiction to prescription drugs for over a year now, and he and Maria gave birth to their first daughter, Fredrica Moon Bennett earlier this year. Hopefully, the couple’s luck will continue on 205 Live going forward.
