WWE has occasionally let some of their performers from NXT and 205 Live compete for independent promotions that the company has a working relationship with. Promotions such as Evolve and PROGRESS just recently had some of their own talent compete at WWE’s Fan Axxess event in New Orleans, Louisiana over WrestleMania weekend, and it looks like the company has decided to return the favor. PROGRESS Wrestling has just announced that NXT Superstar Kassius Ohno will be returning to the promotion to compete in the Super Strong Style 16 tournament. The tournament will take place in London’s Alexandra Palace on May 5-7th, and Ohno’s involvement has been made with WWE’s blessing.

Raw Superstar Goldust is a veteran in the sport of professional wrestling, but he recently had confused some fans due to a message that he posted on Twitter. The message saw Goldust thank his fans while also suggesting that he would be retiring as an active competitor. Goldust has been teasing on social media that a possible career change is on the way, but he just cleared up any potential confusion with another tweet which confirmed that he is not retiring from wrestling at the moment. When the day comes that he does decide to retire, Goldust stated that the fans will absolutely be able to tell for sure. For the foreseeable future, Goldust will continue to compete on the Raw brand for WWE.
