Iconic fashion label Halston, which is owned by Xcel Brands Inc, is to
debut its diffusion line, H by Halston on QVC this month, with the label’s
new fashion director Cameron Silver serving as the brand’s on-air
personality for the showcase.
The line, consisting of contemporary designs inspired by the iconic
American brand, will debut on QVC on September 10, coinciding with New York
Fashion Week, and the hour-long broadcast will feature the brand’s
versatile apparel including knits, pants, dresses and jumpsuits, as well as
its accessories such as bucket bags and totes, and a selection of footwear.
The first QVC collection for autumn and holiday features more than
100-pieces with prices starting at 32 dollars for knit tops and range to
399 dollars for the leather accessories.
“Every fashion brand has a story and we’re excited to bring the H by
Halston
story to QVC ,” says Rachel Ungaro, vice president,
fashion and beauty merchandising, QVC . “The
collection will continue the iconic style and legendary aesthetic in a
modern way that is relevant to all women.”
As well as selling the collection, Silver will also be on hand during
the broadcast to provide commentary and styling tips, showing the viewers
how they can wear the H by Halston pieces in their everyday lives.
The debut collection will hit QVC on September 10, and will also be
available through QVC.com, while stocks last.
